Powell*) <br />Nader M Mon <br />We have reviewed the proposed development for the LNR Properties in Navarre. <br />The hydraulics information provided indicates that there will be an overall <br />reduction in rate of runoff from the drainage area as a result of the pond <br />construction. <br />The parking lot layout does no- wide access to several spaces aL all times <br />and should by revised. Ii the oeveloper plans to use the driveway on the <br />adjacent property, easements should be provided. <br />We would recommend that a curb be placed along the boulevard or pond area to <br />prevent vehicles from driving on the grass. V— curb could be a portable type <br />staked down with openings between sections. <br />We have not reviewed the site 4 stances on the proposed driveway access but a <br />County permit will bf requiir.,.
