The hydraulics information provided indicates that there will be an overall reduction in rate of runoff from the drainage area as a result of the pond construction. The parking lot layout does no- wide access to several spaces aL all times and should by revised. Ii the oeveloper plans to use the driveway on the adjacent property, easements should be provided. We would recommend that a curb be placed along the boulevard or pond area to prevent vehicles from driving on the grass. V— curb could be a portable type staked down with openings between sections. We have not reviewed the site 4 stances on the proposed driveway access but a County permit will bf requiir.,. We will review the site after the permit is issued for the access.
