The drainfield size or <br />extent is unknown, and there appears to be only one tank. These facts, <br />coupled with the probable low water use habits of the previous occupant <br />(Mrs. Louise Peterson), make it extremely difficult to determine the <br />actual capability of this system. It is possible that. a future <br />occupant may have to replace the system. <br />Staff recommends approval of the preliminary subdivision subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. Completion of testing to locate an alternate drainfield <br />site for the existing house, to be approved by staff <br />prior to submission for final plat approval. <br />2. Standard drainage and utility easements to be shown <br />on plat. <br />3. Park fee to be paid for new lot in the amount of $200. <br />
