A proposed Flowage L Conservation Easement has been granted <br />over Lydiard Lake, per Exhibit G. <br />In summary, staff feels this is a reasonable lot line rear- <br />rangement proposal. Planning Commission recommended approval <br />subject to: <br />1. Revise survey to show parcels per staff recommendation <br />in Exhibit F-2. (You have the revised survey in your packet, <br />Exhibit D. ) <br />2. The appropriate access easements to be granted to the <br />appropriate properties. <br />3. Combination of Parcels A and C. <br />4. Conservation & Flowage Easement to be granted over <br />Parcel A. <br />5. Dedication of roadways to occur when property is sub- <br />divided in the future. <br />Staff recommends approval per the attached resolution. <br />2 <br />
