Specifically, the memorial arbor should recall the <br />feeling of the porch and utilize the pillars salvaged when <br />the house was raised. <br />h. Gazebo: The boathouse/gazebo is being restored in 1985. The <br />top story will be a pleasant place to rest with panoramic <br />views of the Lake, formal garden, and the remainder of the <br />Estate. <br />i. Maintenance Services: A small work area and storage space is <br />provided as part of the visitor center building. The storage <br />of most maintenance equipment and large materials and <br />supplies will be in the main Darn across County Road 51. <br />j. Irrigat: n System: The water distribution system will <br />require some improvement as the existing system is antiquated <br />and a maintenance problem.. <br />3. Capital Funding <br />Capital funding for the development of the Estate Garden will come <br />'0vt A <br />froin twa possible sources. Excess earnings from the funds given by <br />Mrs. Hoppe will be used for development projects. In addition, the <br />District will seek contributions from individuals, organizations, <br />foundations, and corporations to finance the development of the <br />park, particularly for sponsorship of specitic features (fountains, <br />pools, plaza, etc.) as called for in the concept plan <br />Preliminary Cost Estimates (based on 1985 construction) are as <br />follows: <br />
