Mabusth, Zoning Administrator <br />Date: April 4, 198 <br />Subject: Status of Property Located at 130 Cygnet Place <br />The subject property has been closely observed by staff <br />members for the last two months. A final inspection was made on <br />April 3th of the yard area and photos taken of the remaining <br />violations. Staff can report that the owners have made progress <br />in the clean-up of the yard areas. The recent weather has im- <br />peded the final stages of clean-up - stacking of wood, filling, <br />grading and seeding of entire disturbed area. <br />Staff recommends an extension of three weeks (May 1, 1985), <br />to allow the owners additional time to complete the clean-up <br />based on their display of good faith. Council should direct <br />staff to write both the Rossings and their attorney of the May <br />1st extension date. <br />
