Staff has
inspected the proposed canopy location in relation to traffic
flow on the site and egress/ingress from site and find no traf-
fic visibility problems. The height of the ructure is well
under the 30 feet height limit but still creates no visiblity
problems. Planning Commission recommenus approval of the
variance setback based on the above findings. Staff has drafted
the necessary resolution for your review and action.
