Present sewered population and number of sewer connections <br />together with a projected increase in sewer connections each <br />by year for the next five years should be provided. <br />6. The 'type, quantity, and strength of wastewater from industrial <br />.and institutional dischargers whose average daily flow exceeds <br />�N 50,000 gpd or contains toxic wastes should be identified. If there <br />are none, please indicate this. <br />^ 7. An ordinance adopting the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission's <br />Rules and Regulations. <br />8. Minimum design standards for the control of inflow/infiltration <br />into the sewer system should be a requirement in your standard <br />specifications for sanitary sewer installation. <br />9. Ordinances controlling inflow/infiltration into the sewer system <br />for new and existing facilities, including design, construction, <br />and maintenance standards. <br />10. Ordinances controlling the development of flood plain, wetlands, <br />steep slopes, drainage ways, etc. <br />11. Platting maps should be furnished which indicates the location <br />of temporary and permanent on-site sewage disposal facilities. <br />12." An ordinance or ordinances should be provided which adopt. <br />minimum standards for the design, location, installation, operation, <br />maintenance and monitoring of on-site sewage disposal systems. The <br />ordinance should include but not be limited to the definition, <br />licensing requirements, permits, construction requirements, inspection, <br />maintenance, penalties, etc. associated with implementing a program <br />for on-site sewage disposal systems. <br />13. A monitoring procedure for on-site disposal systems should be <br />furnished. This should include a system of records with dates of <br />inspections, condition of facilities, maintenance program, disposal <br />and pumping schedule of septage from such facilities systems. <br />14. Copies of all reports or tests conducted to determine if surface <br />waters and groundwater show evidence of contamination from on-site <br />system in areas -of clustered development. In addition, if any reports <br />which study the effectiveness of on-site systems have been prepared, <br />they should be furnished on this additional necessary information. <br />
