Also attached <br />is a copy of the 1984 cost distribution by participating city and <br />the resulting amount due to or from each city. <br />The 1984 costs are $5,574 under budget, or .9%. The amount under <br />budget is made up of three parts; the base contract is over <br />budget $4,439; the Long Lake additional manpower is under budget <br />$3,879; and the Spring Park additional manpower is under budget <br />$6,134. <br />The net effect of the 19£ nal contract costs is that <br />Minnetonka Beach will be billet. additional $385 in 1985, Long <br />Lake will be credited $3,247 in 1985, and Spring Park will be <br />credited $5,845 in 1985. The credits for Long Lake and Spring <br />Park are due to the net cost in the additional manpower portion <br />of the contract being under budget for each city. <br />
