City of OR ONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />2. The second residence located in i --cei 1, as described <br />on the Certificate of Survey attached to this resolution, is <br />a non -conforming use and subject to all pertinent ordinances <br />of the Municipal Code. <br />3. This resolution, the attached Certificate of Survey and <br />the above referenced deeds shall be filed with the Hennepin <br />County Recorder's Office on or before September 11, 1985. <br />The approval granted by this resolution Shall expire if <br />the filing has not been completed by the date specified above. <br />In that event, it will be necessary to file a new application <br />with the City of Orono for subdivision review. <br />Adopted by the City Council on this llth day of March, <br />1985. <br />ATTEST: <br />')orothy M.
