MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 19, 1984 PAGE 14 <br />#880 STEVEN RUCE McDonald clarified that the CUP goes with the <br />property if the house is sold but Council can ask <br />to have it reviewed. <br />Mabusth stated that there is no need to put on a <br />review policy of once a year because of the boiler <br />plate language used in the resolution. <br />Rovengno questioned the fact that it was considered <br />as a commercial greenhouse because it is not large <br />enough, there are no people or vehicles coming in. <br />Rovegno stated he would like to have a <br />recommendation that they overrule staff, because a <br />10' x 25' attached greenhouse used to grow plants <br />not for sale on the premises should not be <br />considered on a size basis to require a CUP. <br />Kelley moved, Rovegno seconded, to recommend appro- <br />val of #880 Steven Ruce, with the condition that <br />the structure conform to all pertinent Building <br />Code requirements and also to recommend to the City <br />Council to review the posibility of refunding <br />$150.00 filing fee based on the finding that there <br />is no retail sales activity taking place on the <br />property. <br />McDonald questioned the use of trucks and Ruce <br />clarified that he only had two pick-up trucks that <br />would be used. <br />Motion, Ayes (6), Nays (0). <br />
