MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE <br />BOARD OF MANAGERS OF THE <br />MINNEHAHA CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT <br />January 17, 1985 <br />The regular meeting of the Board of Managers of the <br />Minnehaha Creek Watershed District was called to order by Chairman <br />Cochran at 7:35 p.m., on Thursday, January 17, 1985, at the <br />St. Louis Park City Hall, St. Louis Park, Minnesota. <br />Managers present: Andie, Carroll, Cochran, Lehman, <br />McWethy, Spensley and Thomas <br />Also present were Board advisors Panzer, Mahady and Macomber. <br />Approval of Minutes <br />The minutes of the special meeting of December 13, 1984 <br />were reviewed. The Managers noted that a quorum of the Board was <br />not present. It was moved by Spensley, seconded by Cochran, that <br />the minutes of those proceedings be approved. Upon vote the <br />motion carried. <br />Tne Managers then reviewed the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of December 20, 1984. It was moved by Lehman, seconded by <br />Spensley, that the minutes be approved as distributed. Upon vote <br />the motion carried. <br />Tabling of Permit Applications <br />The engineer recommended tabling the following permit <br />applications until such time as all required exhibits have been <br />received: <br />85-02 John Bierbaum, The Bellefonte <br />Co. -'Town Square,% a 3.12 acre <br />development consisting of a new <br />bank, clinic, drug store and <br />shops, Sec. 13CCB, east side of <br />Hwy 110 between Church Street and <br />Lynwood Blvd., Mound. <br />85-03 Palmer H. and Nancy J. Koosman - <br />construction of a rock jetty for <br />docking and boat storage <br />purposes, Sec. 14CD, northern <br />shore of Langdon Lake, Mound. <br />
