SECTION 5 F.NC INEE R-OWNE R-CONTRACTOF RELATIONS 5.1 ENGINEER'S STATUS AND AUTHORITY Engineer will be owner's representative during the construction period. The duties and responsibilities and the limitations of authority of Engineer as Owner's representative daring construction are set forth in the Contract Documents and shall not be extended withmut written consent of Owner and Engineer.
