2575. TURF ESTABLISNMFNT <br />Specific Requirements <br />2575.O. SPECIFICATION REFERENCE: Unless otherwise modified or altered here- <br />in, all sections of the General Regt.iirements shall apply. <br />2575.1. DESCRIPTION: This work shall consist of see3ing boulevard areas and <br />back slopes including sewer service line trenches. <br />25'5.2.1. Seed: The seed mixture shall he Mixture <br />2575.2.4. Mulch Material: All areas seeded shall be covered with Type 1 <br />mulch. disk anchored into the soil. <br />1575.3. CONSTRUCTTON REQUIREMENTS: Topsoil will have to be supplied by the <br />contractor. Three 0 "i inches of topsoil is required on all areas to be <br />seeded. <br />2575.3.6. Maintenance: The contractor shall maintain seed and sod in accord- <br />ance with Mn_rD_OT Section 2575.3., Paragraph 11, except that the contractor <br />shall be solely responsible for replacement and/or repair of any seeded area <br />that may wash -out or erode or fail to grow prior to acceptance with no -',Ii- <br />tional compensation therefor. Where the contractor has trespassed on -e <br />property or has excessively damaged lawn or boulevard areas due to c. <br />ness or negligence, such areas shall be restored with no additional c - <br />ti,3n therefor. <br />2575.5.
