WAyzgr4 <br />CHAPTER 812 - <br />FENCE REGMATIONS <br />812.01. Definitions. <br />a. "Fence" shall mean a partition, wall or gate erected as a <br />dividing marker, visual or physical barrier, or enclosure. <br />b. "Fence height" shall mean the distance from the adjacent <br />finished grade to the highest projection of a fence structure, <br />including support posts. <br />c. "Corner lot" shall mean a lot located at the intersection <br />of two streets or a lot bounded on two sides by a curving street, <br />two chords of which form an angle of 120° or less measured on the <br />lot side. <br />d. 'Interior lot" shall mean any lot other than a corner lot. <br />e. "Lot line" shall mean the property line boundary of a lot. <br />Where any portion of a lot abuts or extends into a public right- <br />of-way, the boundary of said right-of-way shall be considered <br />the lot line. <br />f. "Lot line, front" shall mean the boundary line of a lot ' <br />abutting a street. On a corner lot the shortest street lot <br />line shall be considered the front lot line. <br />g. "Lot line(s), rear" shall mean the boundary line or lines <br />of a lot most nearly parallel to and most remote from the front <br />lot line. <br />h. "Lot line, side' shall mean any boundary line of a lot which <br />is neither • front lot line nor a rear lot line. <br />812.02. Permit required. Except as otherwise provided herein, no per- <br />son shall erect, • ter or relocate any fence within the City without first <br />having been issued a permit therefor. <br />812.03. Permit fee. The fee which shall be charged for a permit <br />issued under this Chapter shall be Five Dollars ($5.00). <br />812.04. Application procedures. Each application for a permit under <br />this Chapter shall be Pubmitted to the City Manager on forms provided by the <br />City. Each such application shall include a site plan drawn to scale <br />shoving the location of house(s), garages) and other improvements on the <br />lot and the location of the fencing to be erected, altered or relocated. <br />
