MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING HELD DECEMBER 10, 1984 PAGE 18 <br />NAVARRE WELL LOAN PAYMENT <br />WATER OPERATING FUND TO <br />SEWER OPERATING FUND* Mayor Butler moved, Councilmember Hammerel seconded, to <br />approve the fifth and final loan payment in the amount <br />of $2,017 from the Water Operating Fund to the Sewer <br />Operating Fund. Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (0). <br />NAVARRE WATER TOWER <br />LOAN PAYMENT - WATER <br />OPERATING FUND TO <br />SEWER OPERATING FUND* Mayor Butler moved, Councilmember Hammerel seconded, to <br />approve the third loan payment in the amount of $4,642 <br />from the Water Operating Fund to the Sewer Operating <br />Fund. Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (0). <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT City Attorney Radio recommended that the personnel <br />matters be discussed in executive session. <br />At the recommendation of the City Attorney, Tom Radio, <br />Council directed staff to draft a memo to the liquor <br />store manager stating that discounts to City Employees <br />and elected officials are not to be allowed unless that <br />same discount is offered to the general public. <br />BILLS* Mayor Butler moved, Councilmember Hammerel seconded, <br />that the A] 1 Funds Accounts and Liquor Store Accounts be <br />paid. Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (0). <br />ADJOURNMENT 11:45 PM Mayor Butler moved, Councilmember Adams seconded, to <br />adjourn the regular Council meeting at 11 :45 p.m. and to <br />enter into executive session.
