MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING HELD DECEMBER 10, 1984 PAGF. 17 <br />TRANSFER OF FUNDS <br />GENERAL FUND TO IMPROVEMENT <br />& EQUIPMENT OUTLAY FUND* Mayor Butler moved, Councilmember Hammerel seconded, to <br />approve transfers of funds from the General Fund to the <br />Improvement and Equipment Outlay Fund in the amounts of <br />$20,000 and $17,604. Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (0). <br />TRANSFER OF FUNDS <br />GENERAL FUND TO BUILDING <br />CAPITAL PROJECT FUND* Mayor Butler moved, Councilmember Hammerel seconded, to <br />approve a transfer of funds from the General Fund to <br />Building Capital Project Fund in the amount of $20,000. <br />Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (0). <br />TRANSFER OF MWCC DEBT - <br />SEWER OPERATING FUND TO <br />SEWER DEBT FUND* Mayor Butler moved, Councilmember Hammerel seconded, to <br />approve a transfer of the MWCC Debt Service Credit - <br />Sewer Operating Fund to Sewer Debt Fund 1966-1976 in the <br />amount of $16,334. Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (0). <br />LOAN PAYMENT - ADMINISTRATIVE <br />VEHICLE* Mayor Butler moved, Councilmember Hammerel seconded, <br />to approve a loan payment in the amount of $1 , 454 from <br />the General Fund Administration Department to the <br />Equipment Outlay Fund as the fourth and final <br />installment to repay the cost of the 1980 Ford Fairmont. <br />Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (0). <br />LOAN PAYMENT - <br />TRACTOR/LOADER/BACKHOE* Mayor Butler moved, Councilmember Hammerel seconded, to <br />approve a loan payment in the amount of $7,244 from the <br />General Fund Street Department to the Equipment Outlay <br />Fund as the fourth of seven installments to repay the <br />cost of the 1981 Ford 750 tractor/loader/backhoe. <br />Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (0). <br />LOAN PAYMENT <br />DUMP TRUCK* Mayor Butler moved, Counci lmember Hammerel seconded, to <br />approve a loan payment in the amount of $4 , 650 from the <br />General Fund Street Department to the Improvement and <br />Equipment Outlay Fund as the second of five <br />installments for the GMC dump truck. Motion, Ayes (4), <br />Nays (0). <br />LOAN PAYMENT - <br />SEWER OPERATING FUND* Mayor Butler moved, Councilmember Hammerel seconded, to <br />approve a loan payment in the amount of $5 , 000 f rom the <br />Sewer Operating Fund to the PIR Fund as final payment of <br />the $50,000 loan.
