Spiral culverts are not acceptable. <br />METHOD OF PAYMENT: Payment shall be made on the bid price per lineal <br />foot of culvert delivered in each size specified. <br />ROTE: Any bid item requiring materials to be delivered to the City of <br />Orono in contractor's trucks shall he taken to mean at any point on a <br />public street within the City of Orono as directed by the Director of <br />Public Works. <br />
