ORDINANCE NUMBER 9, SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PERFU;'MANCE STANDARDS TO THE. <br />NO'4-ENCROACHMENT AND ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SECTIONS OF THE ORONO <br />MUNICIPAL CODE <br />The City Council c. ir­.3 Ordains As Follows: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 10 of the Municipal Code of Orone is <br />hereby amended by amending Sections 10.03 Subdivision 9(B), <br />Subdivision 15(C), (D) and 10.22 Subdivision 1 to read as follows: <br />SECTION 19.93 <br />Subdivision 9 Accessory Buildings <br />B. Height Restrictions. N ) accessory bui 1::: ­js e. structure in <br />the "R" District shall exceed the height of the principal <br />building except that fences permitted per Sectior. 10.93, <br />Subdivision 15, E, F and Section 10.22, Subdivision 1 of this <br />code shall not exceed a height of 6 feet above existing grade and <br />the height of barns and stables shall be subject to the approval <br />of the Council. <br />Subdivision 15 Non -Encroachments <br />Fences which do not exceed 3-1/2 feet in height, fences not <br />over six feet in height along the xtreet lot line of lake <br />frontage lots which front on a major thorou,7hfare, if fill is <br />required, the total combined height of both fence and fill shall <br />not exceed 6 feet above the height of the crov,n of the road, <br />terraces, steps, u-.covered porches, stoops or similar structures, <br />which do not extend above the height of. the ground floor level of <br />the principal building and �.•xtend to a distance of not less than <br />two feet from any lot line. <br />D.
