RESOLUTIU;4' NO. 84- 31 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE EXCELSIOR CITY COUNCIL GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT TO ALLOW AND PERMIT PROPERTY AT 201 MILL STREET TO BE USED <br />AS A BED AND BREAKFAST INN <br />WHEREAS, the City of Excelsior has received an application <br />for a conditional use permit to allow and permit property <br />described as <br />Lots 1 through 8, Wilcox Subdivision <br />Lot 62 and part of Lot 64, Auditor's <br />Stibd . 120 <br />to be used as a bed and breakfast inn limited to not more <br />than 10 guest rooms, and <br />WHEREAS, a published notice or hearing of said application <br />has been had and a hearing held before the Planning; Commission <br />of the City of Excelsior on September 10, 1984, and the council <br />of the City of Excelsior has received the recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission in regard to the application, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application and <br />the interests of the public and other matters involving, such <br />requested use; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />Cite of Excelsior that .1 conditional use is hereby grbnted Lo <br />authorize this property described as <br />Lots 1 through 8, Wilcox Subdivision <br />Lot 62 and part of Lot 64, Auditor's <br />Subd. 120 <br />to be used ss a bed and breakfast inn limited to a facility of <br />not more than 10 guest rooms, subject, however, to the following; <br />terms and conditions: <br />1. That there be a minimum of 13 spaces made available for <br />parking; cars on the property. <br />2. No exterior changes are to be made to the building. <br />3. Off -building signage shall be ' -sited to 25 square feet <br />and en -building signage shall be limit-,.. to 100 square inches. <br />4. Kitchen facilities may be maintained on the premises. <br />5. The sect,nd building locited on the premises may be con- <br />tinued to be used as a residence dwelling. <br />
