SECTION 3 - SUBDIVISION APPLICATIONS <br />At the time of filing for preliminary plat approval, the developer shall <br />provide a site evaluation report confirming that each building site <br />has sufficient suitable soil for on-site sewage <br />treatment. Submittals required: <br />1. Plot plan which shall be a copy of the preliminary plat.drawing <br />showing all existing structures, wells, and drainfield systems <br />and all proposed building sites, well locations, primary and alternate <br />drainfield locations. <br />2. Site evaluation report which shall <br />three (3) soil borings and six (6) <br />building site of less than 5 acres. <br />tabulate date from at least <br />percolation tests on each proposed <br />3. Copy of the current compliance inspection report for each existing <br />on-site system within the subdivision boundaries. <br />4. Where the site evaluation shows slopes in excess of 12%, percolation <br />rates slower than 60 minutes per inch, ground water table less than <br />5 feet deep or soil classification requiring innovative system <br />• design, the site'evaluation report shall also indicate specific <br />system design specifications as normally required for construction <br />permit applications. <br />SECTION 4 - INNOVATIVE SYSIBIS <br />Applications for innovative system installation variances shall include all the data <br />required for standard system applications, plus any additional data necessary to <br />establish the acceptability of the proposal. Such data would normally include case <br />histories of similar installations, manufacturer's literature, independent test <br />results and engineering .reports . <br />• <br />-8 <br />I <br />
