�8. A private driveway easement shall be ex cuted and delivered to <br />establish the mutual right of access to Lots 2 and 3, Block 2. <br />9. The applicant shall provide a septic system site evaluation report <br />evidencing at least one acceptable primary and alternate drain field <br />area within each lot. <br />10. The applicant shall provide a title opinion addressed to the City. <br />11. The applicant shall pay a park dedication fee based upon the standard <br />City schedule, $250.00 per lot, $1000.00 total. <br />12. The applicant shall agree to the requirements and conditions of this <br />resolution and so signify by signing the resolution where provided. <br />This resolution will expire on April 17, 1978 if the applicant has not <br />signed his agreement by that date, and shall also expire on August 16, <br />1978 if the final plat drawing and above required information have not <br />been submitted to the City for final approval.
