h <br />7. <br />8. <br />9. <br />If utility connections to the Long Lake system, or access <br />lane paving and/or frontage road construction is proposed <br />by the subdivider, he shall execute and deliver a Developer's <br />Agreement on the standard City form. <br />The subdivider shall provide a title opinion addressed <br />to the City; dated within 6 weeks of the final plat <br />application. <br />The final plat shall be in the form of at least two <br />reproducible plastic copies and three hardshell mounted <br />copies, all to be in the form acceptable to the County <br />recorder, fully executed by the surveyor, owner and all <br />others with property interest, and one paper copy reduced <br />to a scale of .1" = 200'. <br />10. No park dedication fee will be required. <br />11. The applicant shall agree to the requirements and conditions <br />of this resolution and so signify by signing the resolution <br />where provided. <br />AND BE IT ALSO RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br />of Orono, hereby conceptually approves the rezoning request <br />of Sidney Rebers subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The zoning district line will be adjusted approximately <br />60 ft. north of the existing zoning district boundary <br />line, and recording of this subdivision. <br />2. The subdivider shall furnish to the City along with the <br />final plat application, a legal description of the property <br />to be rezoned and a legal description of the final zoning <br />district boundary line location. <br />3. The City Council has considered this rezoning application <br />because the existing zoning district boundary line was <br />mistakenly located so as to bisect a lot of record. <br />4. The proposed rezoning is consistent with the Comprehensive <br />Guide Plan of the City of Orono. <br />5. The Subdivider/Applicant shall reimburse the City for all <br />legal and engineering -expenses incurred on account of the <br />rezoning. <br />This resolution will expire onGAprl 16:; 1978 if the applicant <br />has not signed his agreement by that date, and shall also <br />expire on August!T6j9 1978 if the final plat drawing and above <br />required information have not been submitted to the City for <br />final approval. 'In that event, it will be necessary for the <br />• applicant to file a new subdivision application with the City. <br />
