RESOLUTION NO. 883 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />40 THE PRELIMINARY PLAT AND REZONING REQUEST OF <br />SIDNEY REBERS, 2060 WAYZATA BOULEVARD <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br />zoning and subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic <br />and safe development of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and City Council have <br />considered the application for a subdivision plat by Sidney <br />Rebers the subdivider; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and City Council have <br />considered the rezoning request for the same property; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon all of <br />the information presented by the applicant and reports by <br />the City staff, consultants and the Planning Commission, the <br />City Council of the City of Orono hereby approves the preliminary <br />plat for Sidney Rebers with the following changes and requirements <br />and conditions which are to be met by the subdivider prior <br />to final plat approval by the City: <br />1. Drainage and erosion control plans shall be approved <br />by the City Engineer. <br />2. <br />Drainage and utility easements are to be approved by <br />the City Engineer.and shown on the final plat drawing. <br />3. <br />Access to Outlot A shall be from North Brown Road at a <br />location approved by the City Engineer at the time of <br />any subsequent subdivision or building permit application. <br />4. <br />Access locations and traffic control plans at and to <br />Lot 1 and Outlot B shall be approved by the City Engineer <br />and the Minnesota Department of Transportation prior to <br />final plat approval. - <br />5. <br />The subdivider shall present engineering information <br />regarding proposed sewer and water requirements for Lot 1 <br />and Outlot B for review by the City Engineer. If these <br />requirements involve connection to the Long Lake system(s), <br />the subdivider shall provide evidence of approval of such <br />connection by the Long Lake City Council. <br />• 6. <br />The subdivider shall execute and deliver a drainage and <br />utilities easement on the standard City form. <br />
