9. The applicant shall provide a title opinion addressed <br />to the City. <br />• 10. The applicant shall pay a park dedication fee based <br />upon the standard City schedule. <br />11. The applicant shall agree to the requirements and <br />conditions of this resolution and so signify by signing <br />the resolution where provided. <br />This resolution will expire on February 1, 1978 if the applicant has <br />not signed his agreement by that date, and shall also expire on <br />July 1, 1978 if the final plat drawing and above required information <br />have not been submitted to the City for final approval.
