The substandard property can be put to a reasonable use by <br />combination with adjacent properties. Donald Meyers, owner of <br />combined lots 5 and 6 adjacent to property on the north boundary <br />line, made an informal offer to purchase the property. <br />22. On November 20, 1984, Lonie Fisk formally accepted in a <br />written letter submitted to the City, Donald Meyer's offer of <br />$8,500.00. <br />23. On November 29, 1984, Mr. Fisk advised the City that Mr. <br />Meyers had agreed to honor his offer of $8,500.00. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a <br />regular meeting hold December 10, 1984. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
