City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />2. All seeding and/or sodding required by the Subdivider's <br />Agreement must be installed prior to issuance of a temporary <br />or permanent certificate of occupancy for new construction. <br />3. If the time of year prevents installation of seeding and <br />sodding, subdivider must provide City adequate security to <br />assure completion during the immediate following planting <br />season. <br />4. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with the <br />Hennepin County Recorder's Of fice on or before June 10, 1985, <br />together with a certified original copy of this Resolution <br />and executed copies of the easements and covenants noted <br />above. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the <br />plat has not been filed by the date specified above.
