City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />2. As a result of this division and combination, <br />combined Parcel C with Tract G, RLS No. 1275 will be <br />the only property riparian to Long Lake. <br />3. The aforesaid division as shown on the attached <br />Certificate of Survey shall be filed by the City of <br />Orono with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office on or <br />before June 10, l.985 together with a certified original <br />copy of this resolution. <br />`.i'he approval c,ranted by this resolution shall expire if <br />the division has not been filed by the date specified above.
