41 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />City of ORONO 1-1 L c, 1 0 1984 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ORONO <br />NO. <br />Part of Lot 1 is subject to certain rights and restrictions <br />as container] in deed Doc. No. 126904, Files of Registrar of <br />Titles. (hereafter the "property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements <br />of the City for a metes and bounds subdivision for division and <br />combination purposes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE•., BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council <br />of the City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds <br />division of a lot line rearrangement. for Malcolm S. MacKay as <br />shown on the Certificate of Survey by Mark S. Gronberg dated <br />December 3, 1984 and attached to this resolution subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. Upon approval of the subdivision by the City Council of <br />Orono the owner of Parcel C as described in the Certificate <br />of Survey referenced above must apply to the City for legal <br />combination for tax purposes with Parcel B as described in <br />that same survey. <br />2. The aforesaid division as shown on the attached <br />Certificate of Survey shall be filed by the City of Orono <br />with the Hennepin County Registrar of Titles on or before <br />June 10, 1985 together with a certified original copy of <br />this resolution. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if <br />the division has not been filed by the date specified above. In <br />that event, it will be necessary to file a new application with <br />the City of Orono for subdivision review. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota, this <br />loth day of December, 1984. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
