City of ORONO RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING I METES 6 BOUNDS SUBDIVISION OF A LOT LINE RF.ARRENGEMENT FOR MALCOLM S. MACKAY FIDE NO. 879 WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corperation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision by Malcolm S. MacKay, (hereafter "the subdivider") of a property legally described as follows: All that part of Lot. 1, "Auditor's Subdivision Number 291, Hennepin County, Minnesota", lying East of a straight line drawn parallel with and 725 feet East of, measured at right angles to, the East line of West 1/2 of Southwest 1/4 of Section 26, Township 118, Range 23, and lying North of a line drawn parallel with and 366 feet North of, measured at right angles to, the South line of Section 26, Township 118, Range 23, according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said County. Part of Lot 1 is subject to certain rights and restrictions as contained in deed Doc. No. 126904, Files of Registrar of Titles. Also All that part of Lot 1, "Auditor's Subdivision Number 291, Hennepin County, Minnesota" lying East of a straight line drawn parallel with and 1055 feet east of, measured at ri?ht angles, to the East line of the west 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 26, Township 118, Range 23, and the same extended, and South of a straight lini drawn parallel with and 366 feet North of, measured at -ight angles to, the South line of Section 26, Township llf , Range 23, according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for saic County.
