City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br />HEATHERCROFT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />oryarized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the (-ity of Orono has adopted <br />subdivision regulations for the orde_ly, economic and safe <br />development of land within the City; ane <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the subdivision <br />application for a plat by James M. Phelan, the subdivider; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found tomeet allstandards <br />of the LR-1F zoning district finding that each lot is of a size and <br />configuration that will allow its use as a single family residence to be <br />fully developed without the need of any variances; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of <br />the platting regulations of the City, including: <br />1. Dedication of drainage and utility easements. <br />2. Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the <br />amount of $100.00. <br />3. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of the <br />plat, easeme.ts and covenants in the amount of $75.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Counci 1 of the <br />City of Orono hereby approves the plat of HEATHERCROFT, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota; subject to the following conditions: <br />1 . Plans for sewer connection to Lot 2 must be approved by Ci y <br />prior to issuance of a building permit for the new residence. <br />2. A sewer unit fee of $225.00 must be paid with building permit <br />for new residence. <br />
