F.ubmission of signed mylars. <br />In consideration of the following: <br />1. Time of year - pressure on all developers to get their <br />subdivisions filed before the end of the year (subdivisions <br />filed after the first of the year require immediate payment <br />of real estate taxes due in 1985). <br />2. Agenda for December l0th meeting is already overburdened <br />with final plat approvals. <br />3. Phelan's plat is not complex --the mylar can be signed by <br />mayor and clerk at any time after approval of plat. Copies <br />of the mylars have been approved by staff and will be <br />available at the meeting for review. <br />Staff recommends approval of the plat HEATHERCROFT subject to the <br />findings and conditions set forth in the enclosed resolution. <br />
