Influences of the Market Place on Cost and Type_of Housing: <br />A major goal of the Metropolitan Council over the years has been <br />to promote more affordable housing and more licat:on2l housing <br />choices for persons of moderate and iow incomes. The AMM has <br />supported that goal and continues to do so. The AM11 by and large, agrees with most elements in <br />Housing Guide Chapter but also believes it has major <br />deficiencies.
