Motion, Ayes (3), <br />Nays (0). <br />LAKE MINNETONKA CONSERVATION <br />DISTRICT REPORT There was no report from the Lake Minnetonka <br />Conservation District. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />COMMENTS Gloria McDonald was not present. Planning Commission <br />member Rovegno was present but had no comment.. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS There were no commerits from the: public present. <br />1b1. JOHN ERICSON <br />1620 SHADYWOOD ROAD <br />DENIAL OF APPEALS <br />PETITION REGARDING <br />INTERPRETATION OF SUKD <br />REGULATIONS <br />RESOLUTION John Ericson was present. Ericson noted `hat his <br />attorney has written a lotto-.r to the City of Orono. <br />Ericson stated that he didn't receive the resolution <br />until today. Ericson stated that in his opinion, the <br />lots are combined for tax purposes only. Ericson noted <br />that on the tax statements there is a legal for each lot. <br />�.�s Ericson stated that he doesn't consider this a <br />istent, subdivision. Ericsc.n states: that it. is consistent <br />with the neighborhood and is not a detriment to the <br />neighborhood. <br />City Attorney Radice stated since Ericson's attorney <br />didn't have time to review the resolution and that the <br />City hasn't received the attorney's letter, the City <br />should table action on the resolution. <br />Councilmember Adams moved, CouncilmernLer Ham erel <br />seconded, to table the Ericson application until <br />November 26, 19H4, Council meeting.
