COUNCIL MEETING <br />TO: City Council Nov 13 19c4 <br />FROM: Tom Kuehn, Finance Director <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />DATE: November 1, 1984 <br />SUBJECT: July, 1984 Monthly and Year to Date Summaries of <br />Receipts, Disbursements and Balances <br />The attached report reflects the cash activity for all funds of the City <br />for the month of July, 1984 and for the seven months ended July 31, 1984. <br />The reports summarize by fund the beginning cash balance, receipts, <br />transfers from other funds, investments sold, disbursements, <br />transfers t, other funds, investments purchased, and ending cash <br />balances. The total of all funds for each column is compared to the <br />previous year for the respective time period. The comparison of the <br />totals is for the purpose of showing the cash and investments for all <br />funds from year to year. <br />
