The existing struc meet the <br />required setback from the newly created lot line. accessory <br />structure to the north of the house on Lot 1 is not 150' from the <br />property line and cannot be used for the keeping of :-nimals. The <br />applicant has been advised of this limitation. <br />The Highway Department in their review, Exhibit F, has approved <br />an access for all three lots. Lot 1's access is alreadv established <br />and approved. Lot 2's access must be at the west edge --the County <br />reco.;emends using the existing fiuld road access. Lot 3's access <br />must be at the most eastern edge of the proper"v to meet the minimum <br />sight distance requirements at the curve. <br />Staff finds their request for. an additional 7' of right of way inconsis- <br />tent with previous requests. In rtce::nt plats such as Bayside Beach <br />and the Popov :addition, the County ,.asked fur 33' from the canter lint, <br />not 40'. I have notified tho Ilighway DeN t. tme:nt. that we find the <br />request inconsistent, and unless they can support this r-quest with <br />findings that deal with hazards to the public he-Ith, safety and welfare, <br />wc, must recommend dc-n-v i nq the :trlrl i t i (m:t l r i nht rif %? w . <br />
