Gerhardson, Public 'Works Coordinator <br />DATE: October 26, 1984 <br />SUBJECT: Salary Adjustment for Lyle Oman <br />Mr. Oman has completed his 6 month probation period. As department <br />heads responsible for the supervision of Lyle's work activities, we <br />recommend an inorease fro;n $7.25 to $7.50 an hour effective -Octobec 22, <br />1984. Lyle has performed well in his role as Field Inspector. He <br />completes all building inspections without the supervision of the <br />Building official. Lyle continues to take classes at North Hennepin <br />in order to gain a Building Inspector (-.art-ification. He has also <br />acquired certification from the University -)f Minnesota Extension <br />school for their on -site workshop. Lyle has conducted all on -site <br />inspecti:;-is per annual on -site inspection program and will continue to <br />assist Gaffron with inspections for new systems. <br />
