If he fails to do work or provide written <br />request the C.O. will expire and he will be cited <br />and/or legal action commenced to Dbtain code compliance. <br />Work to be done: Reroofing entire house (except areas already reroofed <br />by Henke) <br />Frost depth footings and foundation either pier type <br />or continuous. <br />Crawl space insulated and ventilation <br />Steps outside both doors <br />Seal well pit <br />Complete/cover exposed wiring <br />Grading permit/grading & erosion control <br />No walls or structures allowed in street r/w <br />
