PAGE: 7 <br />1856 EDWARD BECK <br />1280 NORTH ARM DRIVE <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />9:25 - 9:29 PM <br />Edward Beck was present. Assistant Zoning <br />Administrator Gaffron noted the certificate of <br />mailing and the affidavit of publication. There was <br />no one present from the audience. <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator Gaffron oted that <br />Planning Commission member Rovegno, who could not be <br />present, asked to have the Planning Commission <br />consider a 6 or 12 month reviewal periud to control the <br />temporary use. <br />Edward Beck stated that the temporary use would be .` <br />about 4-5 years. <br />Adams stated that the City should never allow this unit <br />to be rented out. <br />Kelley moved, Adams seconded, to approve the <br />'conditional use permit to allow a temporary guest <br />house use at 1280 North Arm Drive subject to the <br />following: <br />1. Use of guest house apartment be limited to family <br />members only. <br />2. That this conditional use permit cannot be <br />conveyed to the purchaser of the property. <br />3. The second dwelling unit shall never be rented <br />out. <br />4. Application to be reviewed again in four years. <br />Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />
