The subdivider if; advised that the portions of Parcels A .:md B north of Bayside Road <br />are not separatelr buildable, and any future proposal to construct accessory stmctures <br />on those portio~ will be subject to further City review and approval. <br />5. Applicant shall 1provide confirmation of legal ownership of the property via title <br />opinion or other f01111 satisfactory to the City Attorney before the subdivision vVill be <br />released for filirjg. <br />6. The aforesaid diyision shown on the attached Certificate of Survey and the aforesaid <br />easements shall be filed by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin County <br />Recorder's Onice or Registrar of Titles Office on or before March 28, 1999 together <br />,.vith a certified; original copy of this resolution.
