The <br />applicant is proposing to construct an attached 2-stall garage adjacent to the existing <br />single stall garage. <br />Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends denial of the request as submitted. Staff <br />would however recommend approval of a front yard setback variance of 77' which would <br />not increase the existing non-conforming front yard setback. The applicant will have to <br />redesign the garage to achieve a 77' setback. <br />Pertinent Zoning Ordinance Sections <br />Sec. 78-395.
