The proposed description is as follows: A 66.00 foot wide easement for road right-of-way purposes over, under and across that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 117, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota. The centerline of said easement is described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6 Township 117, Range 23; thence on an assumed bearing of South 00°08123" East along the west line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 219.66 feet to the point of beginning of the centerline to be described; thence South 32°03'0411 East a distance of 211.78 feet; thence southeasterly a distance of 230.46 feet along a tangential curve concave to the northeast, having a radius of 337.22 feet and a central angle of 39°09'20"; thence South 71 °12'24" East a distance of 977.83 feet; thence southeasterly a distance of 294.67 feet along a tangential cu,ve concave to the southwest having a radius of 639.08 feet and a central angle of 26°25'04" and said centerline there terminating. The sidelines of said easement are to be prolonged or shorthened to terminate at said west line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter.
