It is the opinion of City staff that Steve White's proposal for the 54 acre <br />parcel on Bayside Road (County Rd. 84) is a Class 111 Subdivision (See Chapter 11.03 <br />Definition 66, ''Subdivision, Classification". c., 1-4., p. 425), <br />Staff's opinion is based on the following criteria: <br />1. Bayside Road (County Road 84) is a public road that must be dedicated to the public. <br />2. The channel in the southwest portion of the existing parcel will need to be dedicated as <br />public waters. <br />3. There will need to be a drainage easement over the 15 acre wetland. <br />4. Mr. White will be creating 3 lots: <br />a. Greg White's lot <br />b. Steve White's lot <br />c. outlot or future buildable 12 acre lot north of Bayside Road <br />5.
