Gaffron said Staff is recommending 66' <br />instead of 80' as needed according to the Comprehensive Plan as no trail is planned. He <br />noted the County's standards are different from those of the City. <br />Schroeder moved, Smith seconded, to approve Application #2286 with Recommendations <br />#1-8 as listed on pages 3 and 4 of the Staff memo.
