Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, that the City Council of <br />the City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division <br />of Victor E. Norton according to the legal description shown <br />on the Certificate of Survey by Gordon R. Coffin, dated, <br />revised January 24, 1983 and attached to this resolution <br />subject to the condition that the aforesaid division shall <br />be filed with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office on or <br />before December 13, 1983, together with a certified original <br />copy of this Resolution. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the <br />filing has not been completed by the date specified above. <br />In that event, it will be necessary to file a new application <br />with the City of Orono for subdivision review. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota <br />at a reqular meeting held June 13, 1983. <br />Mary C.
