CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO.7626 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SELECTION OF THE BRAZOS <br />CITATION SOFTWARE SOLUTION IN COOPEREATION WITH THE <br />LOCAL GOVERNMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (LOGIS) ASSOCIATION <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono, has identified specific technology needs necessary to carry out <br />various public safety functions and services; and <br />WHEREAS, it has determined that it can best meet those needs by partnering with LOGIS to <br />secure the Brazos citation software solution and support services; and <br />WHEREAS, it has received a formal price quote for the costs associated with this initiative as <br />outlined in the attached Letter of Understanding. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Orono, hereby approves this <br />commitment to the Brazos citation software solution. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held on October 13, 2025. <br />ATTEST: <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />Christine Lusian, City Clerk Bob Tunheim, Mayor <br />54 <br />
