AGENDA ITEM <br />Date: October 13, 2025 <br />Title: Software solution with LOGIS - Resolution 7626 <br />Presenter: Correy Farniok, Police Chief <br />Section: Consent Agenda <br />Item: 10 <br />Purpose: <br />The purpose of this action item is to approve the selection of the Brazos citation software solution <br />in cooperation with the Local Government Information System (LOGIS) and Resolution 7626 <br />2. Background: <br />The Orono Police Department utilizes LOGIS for several software, hardware and network <br />solutions. LOGIS requires approval to authorize them to enter into a contract with Brazo, to <br />acquire access to a new electronic citation software solution on behalf of its members. <br />3. Staff Recommendation: <br />Recommend approval of the Letter of Understanding for LOGIS to enter into a contract with <br />Brazo Citation Software Solutions and Resolution 7626. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to approve the LOGIS Letter of Understanding and Resolution 7626. <br />Exhibits <br />A.
