B 1, Clerk <br />z <br />RESOLUTION #59 <br />ORDERING ACQUISITION OF PERMANENT AND CONSTRUCTION <br />EASEMENTS FOR .CERTAII�.SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS <br />' WHEREAS, in 1964 in accordance with the Statues of the State <br />of *.Minnesota, "the Village Council of Orono gave notice of a -,,public <br />hearing, conducted a public hearing,'giving interested persons an <br />.: opportunity to be heard and ordered the construction of certain <br />sanitary sewer improvements designated herein and known as -the <br />- <br />Lateral Sanitary Sewer—Improvement of 1964; and <br />WHEREAS, theVillage Council by resolution adopted May 25, <br />19,64,, `approved the detailed plans and specifications prepared by <br />William T,.
