A Eir.lilar proposal was denied by the Planning Commission and Council on February 12, 1973. We informed the applicant's counsei of this but `e reuuested we proceed with the proposal as s. hmitted. Tne existing garage is in need of repair and probably could be removed or moved. The entry enclosure could be removed and the well could be mov-d. I would recomriend against this vaca' ion as it would result in landlocking the hrt-.,_-erty to the east. A public hearing should be scheduled.
