The 60-day <br />review timeline expires on November 16, 2025. <br />3.Background: <br />The applicant requests an average lakeshore setback variance to construct a new home in the same <br />general location as the existing home, while eliminating the lake setback encroachments and <br />improving the average lakeshore setback.
