City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />2. Dedication to the City by quit claim deed of Outlot A <br />dedicating the lagoon for public use as part of the <br />public waters of Lake Minnetonka. <br />3. Completed construction of a sewer line that serves Lot 5, <br />Lehman Lagoon and two properties to the east of said lot <br />and has provided the City wi`h a permanent utility <br />easement, dedicated on the pl.t, over that portion of <br />the proposed system owned by the City. <br />4. Fayment to the Lit} for the legal review and recording of <br />the plat and a: 1 documents related tiiereto in the amount <br />of $75.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Counci of the <br />City of Oronc hereby approves the plat of Lehman Lagoon, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Lots 2 and 3 are to share use of a single dock located on <br />Outl.ot B; each lot is permitted one slip at shared dock. <br />2. Prior to the issuance of a building permit to Lot 1, the <br />existing driveway serving Lot 2 must be closed and <br />relocated off Carman Street. The City must approve the <br />locAtion of the access and the driveway to assure Lot <br />1's building envelope is not restricted. <br />3. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by 0.c City of Orono <br />with the Hennepin County Recorder's ..s"rice on or before <br />March 10, 1985, .ogether with a certified original copy <br />of this Resolution and executed copies of the documents <br />noted above. <br />The approval grantcd by this Resolutions shall expire if the <br />plat has not been filed by the crate specified above.
